(New York, NY) The St. Louis Blues organization announced on Sunday it had relieved Drew Bannister from his duties as head coach and replaced him with former Blues Assistant, Jim Montgomery.
Montgomery was an assistant with the Blues from 2020-2022. He was spent the last two full NHL seasons as the head coach of the Boston Bruins where he was fired on Wednesday of last week.
