St. Louis, Mo. (KFMO) – The St. Louis Blues evened up the best-of-7 series with the Winnipeg Jets at 2-2 after a 5-1 win on Sunday.
The Blues offense chased Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck for the second straight game. Hellebuyck, who is a finalist for the Vezina trophy as the league’s best goaltender, allowed 11 goals in the last two games.
Jake Neighbours had a goal and two assists in the Game 4 win. Tyler Tucker, Brayden Schenn, Justin Faulk and Robert Thomas each scored as well.
Jordan Binnington stopped 30 of 31 shots in the victory.
St. Louis heads back to Winnipeg for Game 5 looking to return to Enterprise Center with a chance to eliminate the Presidents’ Trophy winning Jets.
