Washington County Tornado Damage Assessments Continue

Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Victims of the tornado, which struck about six miles northwest of Potosi are still assessing the damage and officials are working to provide assistance.

The tornado caused severe damage to several homes and structures and Missouri State Highway Patrol Coporal, Dallas Thompson, says he was one of the first on the scene.

Thompson also says all residents were safe and no injuries were reported after the storm.
