Traffic Stop Near Washington County State Park Leads to Meth Trafficking Arrest

Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A routine traffic stop in the early morning hours of Friday, April 18, led Washington County deputies to a significant drug bust near Washington County State Park.

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, deputies discovered 96.3 grams of methamphetamine inside a vehicle during the stop.

The driver, identified as Clyde E. Hamrick Jr., was taken into custody and charged with second-degree drug trafficking. Hamrick is currently being held without bond.
