St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Qulin man was arrested Monday afternoon in St. Francois County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, 22-year-old Allen D. Gordon was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on a patrol charge. The charge stems from resisting arrest and creating a substantial risk to others.
Gordon was placed in the St. Francois County Jail with no bond.
