New Trail for Hawn State Park

(Ste. Genevieve, MO) Those who visit Hawn State Park will be able to enjoy a new trail that's set to be built. The trail will provide an additional 3.8 miles of trail for hikers. It will be called the Spanish Land Grant Trail. It will open a section of the park the general public has never seen. The project is waiting on construction to begin yet it could take several years before the work starts. More information can be obtained from the Friends of Hawn website.
