Farmington Moves Forward with HR Policy Overhaul and Job Review

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Farmington is preparing for a comprehensive update to its human resources policies and job descriptions.

City Administrator Greg Beavers says city leaders have brought in outside help to ensure the updates are modern and effective.

Beavers notes that the Farmington City Council recently approved a contract with Paypoint HR LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in public sector HR solutions. The firm will evaluate current practices and provide recommendations to align with best practices.
