(St. Francois County, MO) Intersection improvements will be coming to the Parkland beginning Wednesday July 5th. Highway 67 in St. Francois County will be reduced to one lane, with a 12 foot width restriction, as contractor crews will work on a section of roadway from Blomeir Road to West Liberty Street in Farmington. It's scheduled for Wednesday, July 5th, through Monday, July 10th, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Additional intersection work will take place on Route 8 in St. Francois County as it's reduced to one lane with the same restrictions. This section of road is from Meadow Street to Bush Lane in Desloge. The work is scheduled for Monday, July 10th, through Thursday, July 13th, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Route 221 will see construction between Bray Road and West Mount Drive in Farmington. That work is set for Wednesday, July 12th through Friday, July 14 also from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The work zones will be marked with signs and you're urged to use caution while traveling through the area.
