Iron County Accident Injures Teen

(Iron County, MO.) A teenager from Ironton, 17 year old Stetson R. Townley, is recovering from moderate injuries after he lost control of his pickup truck on Highway 32 in Iron County a mile west of Bixby Thursday night just after 9 o'clock. Highway Patrol reports show Townley was driving east when he lost control of the truck and it ran off the road and smashed into a tree. He was not wearing his seat belt when the wreck took place. Townley was taken to Phelps Health Hospital in Rolla.
