Human Remains Found in Washington County

(Washington County, MO.) Washington County Sheriff's Deputies have discovered human remains in the 10,000 block of Rock HIll Road. A Facebook post from Sheriff Zack Jacobsen indicates officers were called to the scene Sunday. Efforts to identify the remains are being undertaken and the remains have been sent to a forensic pathologist. Jacobsen says the remains appear to have been at the location and exposed to the elements for some time,. It's not know if this was a male or female and the cause of death hasn't been determined.
