Fredericktown Man Faces Sexual Charges

(Fredericktown, MO) A man from Fredericktown, 44 year old Lindell Shane Halpin, is facing charges of two counts of third degree child molestation and two counts of first degree sodomy. Reports indicate Halpin is alleged to have forced sexual contact on a child less than 14. The incident is said to have happened in a home in Fredericktown last year. Halpin was booked into the Madison County Jail on a $50,000 cash only bond. Halpin has pled not guilty to all counts.
