Farmington Officials Close City Offices

(Farmington, MO) Officials with the city of Farmington are closing city offices after a number of city employees tested positive for COVID19. The closures begin today and a press release from City Administrator Greg Beaver's office indicates for the safety of city employees and residents they are restricting in person contact for services at city offices. If you require in person service you should contact that office for an appointment. Residents are encouraged to use online access for needed services during the closure. The duration of the closure of City offices will be determined on local conditions. Residents cooperation to ensure the safety of city employees, and to slow the spread of COVID19, is appreciated. Farmington City offices will reopen as soon as possible.
