Kansas City, Mo. (KFMO) - The Kansas City Chiefs remain unbeaten, holding off the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-24 in overtime.
The Chiefs (8-0) led at the half 10-7, but needed to go into overtime for this one as Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers (4-5) refused to go away. Fortunately for Kansas City, the coin toss went in their favor, allowing Patrick Mahomes and company to drive the length of the field. Kareem Hunt punched it in from 2 yards out to give the Chiefs the win.
Mahomes threw for 291 yards and 3 touchdowns in yesterday's win. He also threw no interceptions. Kareem Hunt carried the ball 27 times for 106 yards.
