Margaret Courtway was born in Fertile, Missouri on January 1, 1951, to the late Joseph and Theresa (Moss) Bequette. Margaret loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, staying at the lake and spending time with her friends and family. She was also a member of the KC Hall, Amvets and V.F.W. Margaret passed away on September 7, 2024, having reached the age of 73. In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her brother Glennon Bequette and her sister Deborah Bequette.

Sons: Shelby Courtway SR and wife Angela of Festus, MO, Joseph Courtway of Bismarck, MO, and Travis Courtway and wife Virginia of Cadet, MO
Daughters: Laura Golden of Bismarck, MO, Malisa Minx husband LeRoy of Cadet, MO, and Marcia O'Harver and husband Tim of Cadet, MO
Brothers: Time Earl Bequette, Tom Bequette, Steve Bequette, Terry Bequette, and Mike Bequette
9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends and family also survive.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday September 28, 2024, at 4 p.m. at the Knight of Columbus Hall, Old Mines, MO.
