(Washington County, MO) A woman and two children are suffering injuries after a New Years Eve traffic accident in Washington County. Highway Patrol reports show 61 year old Pamela A. Duty, of Sullivan, was driving a compact SUV south on Highway 185, north of Gun Club Road, just before 4 pm last Friday. She lost control of the vehicle and it ran off the right side of the road becoming airborne. It's front end crashed into the ground and the SUV rolled over. Two boys from Sullivan, who were passengers in Duty's vehicle, an 8 year old and a 2 year old, were seriously injured. Duty was moderately injured. The children were taken to St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis while Duty was taken to Washington County Memorial Hospital. Duty and the children were wearing their safety devices when the accident took place.
