St. Francois County Scanning Records

(Farmington, MO) Officials in the St. Francois County Recorder of Deeds office are getting additional funding for a scanning project. The Presiding Commissioner of St. Francois County, Harold Gallaher, says this involves scanning paper records from the early 1800's into a digital format.

The funding for the project comes from a state grant. It was announced at Tuesday's St. Francois County Commission meeting.
