Park Hills Boil Water Advisory Extended Until Thursday

Park Hills, Mo. (KFMO) - The City of Park Hills announced that the boil water advisory currently in place for specific areas will remain effective until Thursday. This includes properties located from Main Street to Jefferson and from 4th Street to 8th Street, along with all areas within this boundary.

City officials had hoped to lift the advisory today, but laboratory testing is taking longer than expected.

Residents are reminded to:

  • Boil water for at least one minute before consumption.
  • Use boiled or bottled water for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and providing water for pets.
  • Avoid using ice from automatic ice makers until the advisory is lifted.

The city will notify residents as soon as test results are received.

For further questions or concerns, residents can contact the Utility Department at 573-431-2280.
