One Truck Crash Injures Two

(St. Francois County, MO) A man and a woman from Farmington, 53 year old Ricky L. Laughlin and 20 year old Ellexis M. Lamew, are suffering serious injuries after they were hurt in a traffic accident involving a pick up Sunday afternoon in St. Francois County at 12:45. Highway Patrol reports indicate Laughlin was driving north on Highway 47, south of Stork Road, when the pick up ran off the left side of the road and crashed into a tree. Both Laughlin and Lamew were taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis. Neither of the two were wearing a seat belt when the wreck occurred.
