New County Flood Plain Manager

(St. Francois Co., MO) St. Francois County's Presiding Commissioner, Harold Gallaher, is now the newly appointed Flood Plain Manager for St. Francois County.

The previous manager, Bob Turner died recently leaving the position vacant. Gallaher says although he isn't a certified Flood Plain Manager he is an engineer and can forward the work to a certified manager.

Gallaher adds Turner was a dedicated manager for the county volunteering his time and expertise while not accepting any compensation for his work.
