Madison County Woman Arraigned in Fatal Pedestrian Case

Madison County, Mo. (KFMO) - A Madison County woman, 44-year-old Regina A. Mederos, made her initial court appearance Wednesday, where she pleaded not guilty to charges related to the fatal pedestrian incident in Madison County.

According to court records, Mederos will be represented by a public defender. Her next court appearance is scheduled for April 3, 2025. Mederos has been charged with 1st Degree Murder, in the death of a 38-year-old man from Fredericktown.

She remains in custody at the Madison County Jail on a $500,000 cash-only bond.
