Juvenile Injured in St. Francois County

(St. Francois County, MO) A 16 year old male juvenile is suffering serious injuries after he was hurt in a motorcycle wreck Saturday afternoon at 1:15 in St. Francois County. Troopers with the Highway Patrol say the teen was riding the motorcycle west on Pratte Road, west of Halter Road, when he failed to negotiate a curve and the bike ran off the right side of the road. It then came back onto the roadway and rolled over. The teen was flown to St. Louis Children's Hospital. He was wearing a safety device at the time of the accident.
