Jazz Festival This Weekend at MAC

(Park HIlls, MO) The Mike O'Brien Carol Moore Memorial Mineral Area Jazz Festival is coming back to the Parkland this weekend after a two year hiatus over the pandemic. The Chair of music for Mineral Area College, Dr. Kevin White, says this year's featured performer is drummer Greg Bissonette who you've heard many times playing for well know artists, but didn't know it.

The Jazz Festival will be held on the Park HIlls Campus of Mineral Area College. It's sponsored by MAC and the Mineral Area Fine Arts Academy. Bissonette will be featured during the concert that caps off the day time activities this Saturday night. You can get tickets for $15 at the Mineral Area Fine Arts Academy website. Bissonette will be giving a clinic at the Fine Arts theater Saturday at 11:30.
