Jackson Charged with Child Pornography

(Farmington, MO) A man from Farmington, 36 year old Marty William Jackson, is facing charges of two counts of promotion of child pornography in the 1st degree and four counts of possession of child pornography. A cyber tip in regards to downloaded files containing child pornography connected to an email account in April. Highway Patrol investigators reviewed the files and confirmed they contained nude images of girls between 3 and 6 years some engaged in sexual activity. Investigators reportedly found child pornography images on his cell phone. Jackson is currently out on bond and has two court hearings Tuesday in St. Francois County Court in relation to the charges.
