Information For Parents About Vaping

(St. Francois County, MO) The amount of young children using vaping products is increasing. A study done by the Truth Initiative, surveying more than 13,000 individuals between the ages of 15 and 34, found that 56 percent of those between the ages of 15 and 17 reported using vaping products. The Executive Director of the St. Francois County Community Partnership, Bill Bunch, says it is important to get information to parents of younger children.

The Truth Initiative study concluded that approximately one in every five High School students were using a form e-cigarettes in 2020.
