Hazlewood Woman Injured in 4-Wheeler Wreck

(St. Francois County, MO) A St. Louis County woman is hospitalized following a 4 wheeler wreck at St. Joe State Park over the weekend. Troopers with the Missouri Highway Patrol say the incident occurred at around 3:30 Sunday afternoon on trail 100. That's where 23 year old Chelsea Allson of Hazlewood hit her front brakes too hard, causing her vehicle to overturn. Allson was flown to Mercy Hospital in St. Louis with moderate injuries. She was wearing her safety device at the time of the accident.
