Fugitive Jesse Ray Rector Captured in Ste. Genevieve County

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The St. Francois County Sheriff's Department has announced the capture of Jesse Ray Rector, a 41-year-old fugitive wanted on multiple felony warrants.

Rector, who was wanted for Sex Offender Physically Present/Loitering Within 500 Feet of a Park with a Playground, Pool, or Museum and Driving While Revoked/Suspended, was apprehended swiftly by the Ste. Genevieve County Sheriff's Department.

St. Francois County Sheriff Jeff Crites expressed gratitude for the quick response by Ste. Genevieve County authorities and extended thanks to everyone who shared information and helped spread the word.
