Festus Search Warrant Served

(Festus, MO.) Charges are being sought against the resident of a home at 321 North Third Street in Festus after Police Officers of the town, in conjunction with members of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Tactical Team, conducted a search warrant today. According to a press release from Festus Police Chief Timothy Lewis the warrant was the result of a long term investigation concerning numerous controlled drug purchases are alleged to have occurred at the house. The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney will bring charges soon.
