Farmington Mask Mandate Protest

(Farmington, MO) A special meeting has been called for Monday with members of the St. Francois County Health Center's Board of Directors. It's being held to approve an amended version of the county mask order that was approved last Tuesday. A group of protesters staged a peaceful demonstration Friday evening in front of the St. Francois County Courthouse. Those who attended carried signs and drivers blew their horns in support. Many at the demonstration called the order government overreach. The demonstration began at 5 o'clock. Monday's meeting will begin at 10 am at the Health Center in Park Hills.
