Enforcement Against THC Products in Farmington

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - If you're looking for cannabinoid laced products containing active THC such as gummies, you won't find them in Farmington.

City Administrator of Farmington, Greg Beavers, says after a local citizen raised concern that children were getting hold of those products, city council members passed an ordinance prohibiting the sale of them in town.

According to Beavers, government officials with the State of Missouri are considering regulations that would curb the sale of these products statewide.
