Endangered Person Advisory Issued for Missing Sullivan Man

Sullivan, Mo. (KFMO) - The Sullivan Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Dale William Ryerson, a 63-year-old white male, who was reported missing after a potential abduction early on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Ryerson was last seen around midnight at 323 Jones Street in Sullivan, Missouri, and authorities believe he may have sustained injuries during the incident.

Ryerson is described as 5'10" tall, weighing 185 pounds, with gray hair and green eyes. His clothing at the time of his disappearance is unknown. Authorities suspect he may be with Cody Lee Hunt, a 34-year-old white male, standing 5'8" tall, weighing 175 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Hunt’s clothing is also unknown.

Hunt is believed to be driving a silver 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Missouri license plate EK3R7P. The vehicle was last seen at the same location on Jones Street, and authorities are urging the public to be on the lookout for it.
