Cold Weather Damages Budding Trees

(Hillsboro, MO) With the cold snap we experienced recently many trees in the Parkland, that were already budding out,were damaged. A Horticultural Specialist with the University of Missouri Extension Center, Debi Kelly, says even if those first buds were ruined the trees have a secondary bud that should take over.
