(Farmington, MO) Charges of assault in the 1st degree, with attempted serious physical injury, plus armed criminal action are now filed against 19 year old Jordan Lacy after he was arrested for the shooting of 29 year old Kyle Reibe at Goose Creek Tuesday night. According to a statement from St. Francois County Sheriff's Department Deputies at 8:24 they responded to reports of a person being shot multiple times in the 6200 block of Osage Drive of Goose Creek. Deputies found Reibe conscious and alert. He was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital for surgery where, at last report, he is recovering. Lacy, who has a St. Louis address listed on the CaseNet website also has an address of French Village. He was taken into custody and booked into the St. Francois County jail on a $150,000 bond. Lacy is scheduled for an appearance in St. Francois County Circuit for a confined docket hearing Thursday, January 20th.
