Bismarck Mayor Disappointed in State Departments

(Bismarck, MO) The Mayor of Bismarck is frustrated with the Missouri Department of Transportation and state government officials for the lack of funding for road repairs in St. Francois County and Bismarck. The Mayor of Bismarck, Seth Radford, says he's been contacting MoDOT asking for help.

Radford adds the city shouldn't have to pay for the state's responsibility to repair state roads entering and leaving Bismarck.
