Bismarck Man Injured in Crash

(St. Francois County, MO) A man from Bismarck, 22 year old Ethan A. Skaggs, is recovering from moderate injuries after he was involved in a one car wreck Thursday evening in St. Francois County. Highway Patrol reports show Skaggs was driving west on Rock Road just after 7pm, a quarter of a mile west of Highway 32, when he lost control of the auto. It ran off the right side of the road smashing into a mailbox and then crashing into a tree. Skaggs was taken to Mercy Hospital South at St. Louis. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the wreck.
